Hi all im having issues with my data not working on some sites and apps 

I can't use tiktoc videos or use Facebook as the sites say not connected to Internet but as soon as I connect to WiFi it works but I can use apps like YouTube 

If I try to login to these sites via Chrome on my phone it just says error messages or unable to login

This could be settings set with your mobile provider. You should be able to check if anything is disabled by logging into their website.
