Front camera issue error messages I'm unable to resolve this

Suddenly, today, my camera developed a fault. It wouldn't let me open it at all. I've restarted my phone several times I've cleared the data and cleared the cash, but it doesn't have any effect. I have submitted a report and everyone diagnostics and it's showing a front camera issue. Does anybody have any other ideas? How I can resolve this? I've only had this phone a couple of months. It's a Samsung S24 Ultra. I've had a look on the internet and quite a few people have the same problem. I've tried all the suggestions that they've given me, but nothing works. Thank you

Hi welcome to samsung community. Have you tried the phone diagnostics in settings- device care - phone diagnostics. It has an option called camera. Please do checkout

Hi Rajeev yes thank you, I've tried that and it is showing a fault on the front camera.I've tried restarting, i've tried everything. I have sent an error message to samsung a short while ago which they have received what they haven't got back to me. It suddenly did it today for no apparent reason. Thank you!

It might be a hardware problem with the camera so might need to be taken to Samsung for repair. Where are you based? London?

Contact Samsung support via Members app and let them deal with it
