Totally understand and appreciate your unimpressed at this @cybersuzie 

Unfortunately it does seem you have escalated this as far as possible. 

Double check all the T&C's of the offer.

Samsung cancelled it then sent out the s24 ultra anyhow and never refunded

I've tried everything and each time I go on customer services they say a different thing,at first it was waiting for stock,then the order was cancelled and refunded which it wasn't,then they asked why I wanted a refund when i had the phone which at first they said I didn't have and now they saying they won't send the watch but will give me 60 pounds goodwill voucher.

The terms and conditions say they can send an alternative of equal value,but they are refusing to do that

Six times now in 9 week I've been on Samsung chat and it's been escalated and the replys i get by email each time are completely different each time,I've never ever known such poor customer service ever no womder Samsung are a failing brand with such terrible customer service and refusing to send out items that's been paid for.

So they sent out the phone the next day even though I had a cancellation email an hour after the order so I thought they must have changed there mind and they didn't refund me,so I thought I'd just keep it which I did and wait for the watch to come on the 12th of July,no watch and they refusing to send it,I've sent in the trade in to and they acknowledged that but won't send the watch and have just offered me a 60 pound goodwill voucher which is pathetic
