Affordable mobiles offered a free laptop when I ordered my S24 Ultra but haven't been able to find anything about it?

I ordered a Samsung S24 Ultra from Affordable Mobiles on the 14th of January. Included on the order page was an offer for a free Chromebook. The phone was supposed to be delivered on the 15th but due to an issue with the warehouse not having the colour I requested the phone wasn't delivered until the 18th.

In the meantime I have looked everywhere, including on AM's website for this offer but found nothing and obviously the official Samsung website says the offer ended in 2024. I was wondering if anyone could advise on whether I've not found the right place or whether I was led up the garden path?

I've attached the screenshot I took of the notification about the offer, but when I clicked on it I was taken back to the order screen for the phone I'd just bought.

You should be able to claim "Buy a qualifying Samsung phone or tablet device from a participating retailer between 18 December 2024-16 January 2025 to be eligible to claim a free Galaxy reward."

Hi @Benjamin Mackenzie  Further to @lminvti 's post claim must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, once validated  the chromebook (offer for your Device)  should send out in 45 days.  I have checked and Affordable Mobiles  is a participating partner. All the information you need is in the link. It is the purchase and not delivery date  which counts.
