I'll (probably) buy the S25 Ultra but will wait a few days for the additional offers to appear

Here in the Netherlands at the official site for Samsung, the S25 Ultra 512GB is €1449 with the list price posted as €1569.  That's not much of a deal. 

I bought my S24 Ultra 512GB last year for €1135.    I initially ordered the S24 Ultra 512GB for considerably more and then the better deals appeared at the official Dutch Samsung site.  I returned the initial purchase and ordered another one with the better price.

This year I won't jump so quickly and will wait for the dust to settle.  I have a friend who will buy my S24 Ultra 512GB for 50 percent of what I paid; he'll pay €567 which is a very fair price.  (I know I could ask more, but it's simply easier to ask 50 percent and be done with it.)  

It seems to take at least a few days for the various official sites to start posting better prices.  If nothing officially is offered within two weeks, I'll rethink selling my S24 Ultra.

Sometimes the adage of ' He who waits ' can come into play. 

I did the same last year for the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra to get the deal that best suited me.

I ordered S25U jet black free upgrade to 512, paid for insurance for 2 years, trade in of 540 (GBP) for my 512 s24u in orange from last year, got other deals and discounts
.. paid £748 (GBP) that was day one.

I see now in UK, the jet black ultra is not getting any deals ... Nor buds 3 free and a 6 week delay.

Unusual for me, I got a cracking deal. .. basically half price and 2 yrs care and theft, free buds...

Personally (unless issues) I am not gonna miss my 24.
