Blocked number

Hi I have a really frustrating problem that I'd appreciate advice on please.  My work issued SIM card in my personal phone is blocked from receiving calls from any work land line number. This combination has worked without issue for over 10 years. All other non work based landline and mobile numbers work and I am able to call numbers into work. This is a critical issue as I am responsible at time for taking after hours calls at home - instead the call goes direct to messages without even ringing and only leaves a generic work number so I can't determine who actually called. I've taken the Sim out of my phone and put it into both an apple product and another Samsung product and it works perfectly. All other functions of the phone are fine . I've cleared the cache and done a soft reboot without success.

Did you speak to your telecom guys at work? Did you try calling yourself from work? What happens when you do. Do you have do not disturb enabled on the phone
