Samsung child account - Card Verify Card

Hi all

I'm trying to create my 11yo a samsung child account. When requesting to use a card to verify my identity, I've used both of my cards and both come back with error 'cant use that card for verification' 

These are both cards on my samsung account that I use regularly. Any ideas?

I have tried to do this today, used 3 cards and none have worked. 15p pending from one card but not the others 🤦🏻‍♀️ they don't make it easy to create a child's account

Looks like Samsung have resolved this issue (for me anyway). I deleted and registered my bank card, I went through the Create Child account process again and verified my card OK using the CVV number. I think Samsung must have enabled access for my bank.

It's worth trying again if you had the issue up until a few days ago.
