Yes but only Samsung has the information.
We all think it may be software related but it could also be hardware related (which can maybe compensated with software I hope).
What I mean is Samsung have to give an official statement.
The longer they wait the more I believe it's hardware.

Do you have proof of this conversation? I have also spoken to multiple Samsung reps who played dumb and said that I can return the phone if I'm not happy

Amen. My S21 Ultra looks significantly better, still has 12GB RAM, and I'm buying a phone for a 4-figure price tag with a worse screen? Come on...

I did ask for an email confirming what the rep told me on the phone, however he stated because he hasn't got access to the info and was only able to tell me what the repair team told him he couldn't email me. I know this does sound a bit dodgy. He also did say that in the meantime to log the complaint also with the UK sales team so they are aware and that there could be a potential return should the issue not get rectified.

I have the S24+... Same issue. It's all 3 variations of the S24 phones. My S21 Ultra looks significantly better

The Galaxy S24 series model has had its colours and brightness adjusted to make it more comfortable to use. We've made some changes to the display technology to offer a more natural viewing experience; this is an intended colour adjustment and not a defect of the product.
Making sure you don't have Eye Comfort Shield (Enhanced Comfort) enabled will also help colours display the way they are intended to be.
If, however, you think there is a fault with your device, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Anything regarding the grainy display? You can see that a lot of us are experiencing that as well. I personally am OK with the colors but the grainy, paper-like filter over the display which is always there makes the screen look cheap. Is it a defect? Should we expect a fix? An acknowledgement would go a long way. Thanks.
