I recently switched from my iPhone to the S24 Ultra and have been quite disappointed. The photos appear washed out, and the shutter lag is frustrating. After taking a few selfies, I noticed the images are both washed out and blurry.
This is unacceptable for a flagship device! It's been nearly a year, can we expect a fix for this?

Thank you for your question.
There are lots of threads about the issue you've raised. Did you search the forum before posting?
The S24 Ultra is one of the most customisable devices in the world. There are literally so many settings on the camera module alone. You can also download the Expert Raw app and the Camera Assistant App to help you create those special photos.
The S24 Ultra cameras are generally very good as long as you don't use significant zoom.
You need to play with the settings to get the most out of your camera.
