Poor colour on S24 Ultra

I have an old S20FE which has the most incredible colour optimisation for normal Photo mode. The new S24 Ultra has utterly lacklustre colour in all photos. Is there a way to improve the app? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I recently switched from S23U to S24U and I feel S23U colour optimisation was better.

A person can change the optimisation in the canera settings to Minimum which may help. 

Some also use the app called Expert Raw. 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within in regards to tips on how to get the best from photo taking.
