s24 ultra died without any reason

Don't buy samsung S24/S25 series mobile phones.My samusng S24 ULTRA died wihtout any reason just after warranty expires.
Now Samsung wants ₹41000 for repairs. NO HELP, NO SUPPORT, NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
company is just looting by selling there poor quality motherboards for the sake of old godwill.
I’ve been mentally disturbed for the past 20 days. I lost one year of data due to the poor Quality of their components.

My complaint id :-1199206828.
And expecting to listen customer voice and hoping for urgent resolution.

This is the forum for UK/EU users. Noticing you put rupees, I'd suggest posting in your own respective forum.

The reality is that if it's past warranty, no company on the planet will repair it for free- all brands- products.

In the UK, we have consumer rights covering this.

Sorry to hear your problem. You mention s24 and s25 warranty expired.

The S24 is only just slightly more than.a year old. Are you saying this has expired ? I know UK has 2 years warranty.... is this different in India ?

did you buy it directly from Samsung, and how much warranty do you get in your region ?

You haven't mentioned anything about the nature of your failure. Was it dropped ? Is it the screen failed? What is the diagnosis by the service centre ?

I was removed my Spen 2 weeks ago and was look burnt and smells burnt, send to service, After few days i received final report from service my Spen got contact with chemicals, and i need to pay for repair my phone never got contact with any chemicals or liquids
The Samsung service is shocked ,this is definitely my last Samsung device
