I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on November 13, 2024, which is about three months ago. Right from the beginning, I noticed that the battery performance wasn’t up to the mark — I was only getting around 4 hours of screen-on time. I contacted Samsung, and they told me to wait for the calibration period to complete.
Even after the calibration period, the battery performance remained the same. Upon contacting Samsung again, they suggested performing a factory reset and then waiting another 14 days for the battery to calibrate. I followed their instructions, but the issue persisted. When I requested a replacement, they said they couldn't process it because it was past the 30-day window. Instead, they asked me to "wait some more" as the battery might improve with time.
I eventually sent the phone in for repair and had to go without a phone for 7 days. When I got the device back, it had been factory reset again, and I had to wait another 14 days for the calibration process. Unfortunately, the battery performance remained unchanged.
I contacted Samsung again, and this time, they directed me to the EE store (their partner). I visited the store, where the EE executive checked the battery performance and agreed that there was an issue. I handed the phone over for repair once again. After some time, EE said they couldn't find any issues and couldn’t help me further, advising me to reach out to Samsung again.
I did exactly that, only to hear the same suggestions again — factory reset and wait for calibration. So, I followed their instructions yet again, but today, I'm getting only around 10 hours of total battery life on a full charge — not even screen-on time, just total standby and usage combined. The screen-on time is significantly less, despite only using social media apps without any heavy usage like gaming or camera work.
Is this normal for a 2024 flagship device? Am I expecting too much, or is anyone else facing similar issues? I’ve tried everything Samsung suggested, and I’m still stuck with this poor battery performance. If anyone has any advice, please let me know.

Hello 👋 @adhi3
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues. 😔
Personally I have always attained a full day's usage from my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra, with some change left in the battery.
This in no way detracts from the usage experience your experiencing, but just some feedback on my own usage experience.
That phone is now my back up phone.
I personally do not lend too much weight to battery stats as people's usage habits, and phone set up are all different, and the apps we use and are set up differ too, so it can be a subjective topic.
I do look in device care under the battery section and act if an app is excessively using battery i.e sleep and deep sleep, and or change the apps settings.
The optimisation tool is a good tool also which i appreciate you've probably used.
There are troubleshooting steps that I've tried personally and my apologies if you've tried these too.
I appreciate your more than likely at the end of your tether.
So I've cleared the phone's System Partition Cache Section.
> Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or a usb-c to usb-c phone to phone set up to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

I do not use Smartswitch to move my info across as I use Samsung Cloud. Some users have experienced issues when using that process.
Smartswitch is only used to move across my Gallery.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Just to add >
Can we see a screenshot of the apps that are being used too please.
I can see your using two sim cards that will make the phone work harder to attain two network connections.

I've just added a little edit to my first reply @adhi3
I'd expect a phone with a decent internal battery to give me a day's usage, but as I intimated previously this can be affected by usage , apps , settings etc.
