It feels like a ripoff from the company. This phone..which is not cheap by any means was operating just fine. Company updates to software should not come at the consumers cost. This cost being the inefficiency of the device. This will be my last samsung purchase. Congratulations to the software development team, you have done the dirty deed of corporate the service of "forced upgrades"

After the Samsung One UI7 update my new S24+ is experiencing some major issues.
The batterry drain is atrocious now. I've gone from charging my phone every day and a half to several times a day!! Also it's heating up bad, it never got hot before the update.
It feels like I went from a 4900mah battery to a 2100mah batterry!
Also since the update my screen randomly won't respond. It's like the phone is freezing which should never happen w/ this processor and 12gb of RAM.
And YES I have cleared the cache trust me it does nothing to fix the issue despite people claiming otherwise.
Also someone explain to me how letting the phone do it's "14 day check" to determine your battery usage would make any difference in battery consumption at all?
It's been 14 days since the update and nothing has improved.
Im concerned the excessive heat will shorten my batteries life span. This is unacceptable for a brand new $1000 phone.
