It comes with 2 free screen protectors and a case. The case is the type that just protects the back and edges.
The screen protectors do not go all the way to the edges though

i think you may have needed to enter a promotion code for these extras when buying the phone.   However if you missed that opportunity then you can buy them from either Samsung or Amazon.  However they are currently on a pre-order.    Alternatively there are a lot of aftermarket screen protectors around.

I believe they are on samsung.com however I've not checked availability.

I've just received my screen protectors for the S24, which I ordered from samsung.com my case is on its way. I just need to wait for the phone then, which is due on Feb 9th. I tried finding it on the galaxy store app but it couldn't find any screen protectors apart from tablets but you can find it on Samsung online store via your browser. There is something wrong with the store app. Hope this helps
