S24 Ultra washed out colours

Hello,, I've just received my S24 Ultra and compared to my S21 Ultra the colours on the S24 Ultra are washed out and not as Saturated?, I've adjusted all the display settings and still cannot get the colours to match the older S21 Ultra, I've contact samsung uk customer service they went through Smart Tutor and couldn't find anything amiss has anyone else found this to be the same on their S24 ultra? I'm not sure if Samsung UK are aware of this issue? And whether a software update will solve it?, I suspect it's the new Gorilla glass amour glass which is anti-reflective which is great but not at the expense of colour, I'm seriously considering returning the S24 ultra and keeping my S21 Ultra

• It isn't just the ultra I have the small base s24 and it's horrible!! I am truly on the verge of hating this phone and would like nothing better than to return it but as it was a gift I can not. I couldn't even sell it because the colors and the reception are absolutely horrible and of course it's also been overheating even without extra apps installed! I've never come across a worse phone. I will be deactivating this thing ASAP and using my s20 ultra. I don't even care about security updates at this point. It works perfectly and I feel cheated as it is by paying $1100 for a phone only 3 years ago and taking good care if it to be forced into getting another! Not very good business Samsung 😡

Have you tried changing some settings? I want to get a s24 ultra myself.

He said that he turned off 'eye comfort shield', and 'enhanced comfort'.

Could you try that if you haven't?

I just fixed my issue, goto setting, accessibility, vision enhancements, colour correction and turn it off

A whole year has passed since the dreaded washed-out colours of the S24 Ultra. How did you all manage to cope with your devices over the last year? 

After the software update added the vivid options, many people were happy again. Thankfully I never really suffered with problems but as I've just ordered the new S25 Ultra I couldn't help but remember this post.

So to us all, fingers crossed there are no problems this time around.
