S24 Ultra washed out colours

Hello,, I've just received my S24 Ultra and compared to my S21 Ultra the colours on the S24 Ultra are washed out and not as Saturated?, I've adjusted all the display settings and still cannot get the colours to match the older S21 Ultra, I've contact samsung uk customer service they went through Smart Tutor and couldn't find anything amiss has anyone else found this to be the same on their S24 ultra? I'm not sure if Samsung UK are aware of this issue? And whether a software update will solve it?, I suspect it's the new Gorilla glass amour glass which is anti-reflective which is great but not at the expense of colour, I'm seriously considering returning the S24 ultra and keeping my S21 Ultra

Tes look on another post on here - hundreds have this issue. Samaung are aware.

It seems to be a software issue. If you open an old image in your gallery . You can see the colours seem to adjust to normal and then when you back out the colour gets washed out

Their specialist team better get a move I didn't pay close to 1k for a broken phone.

I agree with this new Samsung trend. I prefer natural colors instead of "vivid" and innatural tones.

the issue isn't natural vs vivid. the issue is that vivid isn't working for those who like it.

Yeah, the S24 colours are pale and washed out compared to the earlier models. I have the S22ultra so glad I didn't upgrade.

The way I see it is the s24u has a nicer contrast,black is black whereas on s23u looks grey
