Hi, I am having an issue with the Borrowbox app on my new S24 Ultra. The audio keeps stopping when I leave the player. This doesn't happen with my other audio apps, Spotify, Audible etc. I have checked all the usual, power, battery, data saver is off, allowed to run in the background, app is not sleeping or in deep sleep, battery is set to optimised (have tried with unrestricted too) etc but the audio keeps stopping when I leave the app. It's so frustrating. Any help?? Cheers
***UPDATE***
I just got an email from Borrowbox support stating that they have released an update to resolve this issue, version 3.10.02. I updated the app and it's working perfectly now... at last!

Yeah I tried the on/off too. I got mine to work once too, but like you it just stopped again. Fed up with it at this stage. I was in the middle of a book too! I got an email from Borrowbox about an hour ago and they said they've sent the log file that I sent them on to their app developers. If I get any positive feedback I'll update here

Not ideal at all but at least you're able to finish your book

I did that too. Go to Settings in the app top right, like a profile symbol, and hit Send Feedback. Options should come up for you to send by email and the log file will be attached to your email

Doesn't work for me unfortunately. When I'm in the app and pull down the navigation bar and select Media Output I can see Borrowbox. But if I come out of the app and pull down the navigation bar and select Media Output, like you suggest, Borrowbox doesn't show up 😖

I have had this issue too and service from borrow box support has not worked.
Weirdly, my app works fine when using Android auto on my car.

I've found 2 interim solutions until they (hopefully update the app).
If you put it into split screen you can keep Borrowbox open while using the phone in the second window.
I've also found if using headphones you can get it to play in the background. Start the app and make sure your headphones are connected and playing. Lock the phone and then use your headphones to start the play again and it will run in the background and the active window will be there with the controls on the lock screen.
