Hi, I am having an issue with the Borrowbox app on my new S24 Ultra. The audio keeps stopping when I leave the player. This doesn't happen with my other audio apps, Spotify, Audible etc. I have checked all the usual, power, battery, data saver is off, allowed to run in the background, app is not sleeping or in deep sleep, battery is set to optimised (have tried with unrestricted too) etc but the audio keeps stopping when I leave the app. It's so frustrating. Any help?? Cheers
***UPDATE***
I just got an email from Borrowbox support stating that they have released an update to resolve this issue, version 3.10.02. I updated the app and it's working perfectly now... at last!

Try long holding down on the app and tap on i and press on Storage then clear the apps cache to see if that helps @kleeirl3
There may also be a dedicated forum somewhere for people who use that help to get advice from and or the developer of the app.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

If the app is using the default player, then that it is the default behavior. There is a setting to keep playing when you lock your phone or leave app.
Not that long ago, the default player was not able to do that and I was using VLC, which allows me to keep playing videos as audio and keep playing even when leaving the app or locking the phone.

Thanks, surely though I don't need another app like VLC to keep the audio playing. The Borrowbox app works fine on Flip 5. It's just now on the S24 Ultra it's not working correctly. I have checked all the settings and allowed background usage etc. my other audio apps, Spotify etc are working fine it's just this particular one. I have reached out to Support within the app so if it's an issue on their side hopefully they'll resolve it. Fingers crossed

It sounds like an app or OS issue. By the way, I was not suggesting to use VLC. It was the solution I used when the stock player did not have that functionality.
I think that it is expected some niggles at launch. I remember the S22 had a big firmware update shortly after release. Hopefully, an app or firmware update will fix it soon.

Not yet unfortunately. I have reached out to Borrowbox support. If I receive a resolution I will update this post
