It has come to light in the past that for some using the SmartSwitch option to set up their new phone's has caused some hiccups.
Personally I use my Samsung Cloud Backup to transfer my info over, and only use SmartSwitch to move across my Gallery.
The Device Care Section under Battery can also help to highlight what is using the battery too @Billymayn

I agree, it is a pain to set the phone as new, but it is worth it. I always set my phones as new and the set the apps as needed.
It makes the phone run smoother.
Saying that, battery is the one thing that really improves after the phone ends the learning period and settles.

Viewing videos via YouTube or Ticktock etc will drain the battery faster due to the resources they use @S24 ultra2
Have a look in your Device Care Section under Battery to see what's using your battery.
The battery will improve by optimising once it's been charged and discharged a few times and the optimisation has compelled after 1~2 Weeks.
