Problem in Normal Calls

Hi there, has anyone faced a issue in s24 ultra when you were on a normal call the opposite person cannot hear properly what you are talking. But this issue only happens during normal call and not on during WhatsApp or any other calls. Do someone has the solution for this?

Exact same issue with missing the first word! I think headset users struggling to hear us is spot on as this only happens when I ring a company's customer service line.
