I have a problem with Galaxy s24 ultra

Hiya guys I have the Galaxy s24 ultra. With 1ui 70. Now my problem is that when my phone is locked. I get notfcashion saying Emergency calls only. So contacted 02. About this they sent me a New sim card. I have my new sim card in my New phone. And I,am still getting the same message. But I am able to make ordinary calls. So not sure what's going on with my phone cana any one please help me with this small problem thank you

Reset MOBILE network settings

Go to
Settings
General Management
Reset
Reset MOBILE network settings

You won't lose data.
O2 will automatically update your apn
