Whatsapp call silence my S24Fe sound

When I call someone and the other party accepts my call, my phone will automatically go to silent mode. But on the other hand if the other party calls me no problem happens. I've tried setting unrestricted battery use for whatsapp and whatsapp business, tried disconnecting all bluetooth device, ran thorugh all kinds of tutorial still no luck. Just had this phone for about 3 weeks, no 3rd party app and routines that should have change or control my phone to silent mode. #s24fe

If you download good lock and nice catch within it, enable all the toggles. It will tell you which app is changing audio settings and when. Might help narrow down what's going on.

Though a quick thing to try, settings, sound and vibration, volume, make sure none of them are set to 0. Now try whatsapp, if it's still silent for you, try volume up with the physical button. End the call, call again, see if it reset back to 0.

Your phone has multiple volume systems so my guess is the one calls use is set to 0 for you. While all the others you normally see are something other than 0

This helps so much. I never know whats the use of nice catch. So once i activated nice catch and replicated the problem, one of my app apparently was the source of my problem. So i just uninstall it to remove all the permission it has and reinstall it. And my phone is back to normal. Thank you very much.
