I don't think the issue is with Samsung per se but with my older Logitech Bluetooth Adaptor.
Every once in a while I have a problem connecting to this Bluetooth adaptor using my S24 Ultra. There are no other devices connected to Logitech Bluetooth Adaptor, it's in pairing mode, but sometime I can't connect.
I restart my phone, that makes no difference. I remove that device from the list of devices on my phone, try to pair yet again, can't get it to connect.
I turn off Bluetooth on my phone, turn it back on and scan for new devices, and that also doesn't work.
What I tried now was this - I unplugged the power to Logitech Bluetooth Adaptor for 15 seconds or so and reconnected, and that seemed to do the trick. I don't know if this was just a coincidence, but I'll remember this for the next time ... and am passing this on if anyone else has issues with a particular device not pairing.

I have a pair of Bose Computer Music Monitors that are at least 10 years old. I think I paid €300 for them, a bit pricey, but they sound great and take up little space.
They weren't smart speakers and I didn't want to get rid of them, so I now use them as an extra set of speakers for the kitchen.
