S24 ultra all speakers stopped working

So last Tuesday flew down to Heathrow from Glasgow and took phone off airplane mode and discovered none of the speakers on my phone were working. Calls coming in but no sound for ringtone and when I answered calls I could not hear a thing but caller could hear me. Tried music and video apps but still no sound. Checked all settings etc and reset apps but no change but bizarrely if I connected my Bluetooth headphones I could hear phone and music. Have been on holiday and problem has persisted and I have wasted so much time trying to get the phone to work but no change and very frustrating. Last night asked my wife to call me again and wow phone speakers started working again which suggests some software glitch or update. This morning as I write this tested phone again and speakers are working but ringtone is quieter than normal again very frustrating. Has anyone else had these issues and samsung can you please test your software updates thoroughly before rolling out. I have had no use of my phone all week unless using Bluetooth buds which has been very frustrating and ruined my holiday.

What exactly did diagnostics find?

Hi @Safcab 

Did you check the settings? It has numerous volume settings. If not, check

Settings -> Sounds and vibrations -> System sound (check all the toggle switches there)

Settings -> Sounds and vibrations -> Volume (check all toggle switches there)

Volume

If that does not solve it, then call Samsung support. The phone must within the warranty period and it may need the speakers replaced.
