Samsung settings / members / keyboard all stopped working after last update i got today

This morning i updated my samsung galaxy 24 ultra, and after the update, all samsung Apps stopped working, settings open gray screen, search in menu just restarts the menu, keyboard closes as soon as it pops up, samsung members app just closes down, so does galaxy store.

any ideas what could help, phone is unusable as it is now

Wipe phone cache partition 

• Power off the device.
• a USB-C cable to a PC or another device.
• Hold Volume Up + Side Button until Recovery Menu appears.
• Select Wipe cache partition/ Confirm Reboot system.

Can you perform a backup with SmartSwitch, under a normal boot or within Safe Mode? Incase you may have to factory reset.

I will try to create backup, even in safe mode phone does not function. Getting dissapointed with samsung software, my previous S22 Ultra became unusable, because it kept restarting every 1 minute, even after factory reset and everything.

Not good, can you generate any usable logcats by chance? These can print out system events that's happening, but I'm not sure if in-depth requires root(Don't do root)

Android Debug Bridge if you can and have a PC; Alternatively if you cannot enable USB Debugging, there are apps that can do this on the device, they print out as the events are happening.

Also, if you can open Play Store; I've a curiosity regarding the launcher itself, can you try another one? I doubt that's it, but the video looks towards multiple app error and I just want to rule the OneUI launcher out since there is no Kernel Panic occurring.

I can open most apps, just not the samsung ones, like notes, samsung members, galaxy store, settings. I got a phone call before and the phone app was flashing each 0.5seconds. And i cannot search play store since i have no way of inputting text because of keyboard not working. I could try to install it from another device.

Gotcha, that's weird.

If it comes to the Factory Reset, I would prefer it to be done through SmartSwitch if SmartSwitch can do that; in hopes that it re-downloads your firmware, wipes your device, and reinstalls the OS, clean slate.

Would take 5-10m give or take, dependent on size and PC specs.
