Hello, my name Annu, I have bought Samsung s24 ultra last year from Curry wolverhamp on monthly payment. But i have got a sim only contract with Voda phone. After a couple of months, my phone started to get switches off with a blank screen and a phone battery down to 27%. So I took it to the Curry store, and they kept my phone over 10 days and changed my phone screen but didn't do anything to be battery. That time, I had my old phone, and it was easy for me to switch my sim. After that my old phone stopped working. My phone battery problem was solved. So I asked for help if I could have their phone to switch my sim. They said they have not got a phone like this. so i I still have a phone battery problem. I have to charge my phone every morning. I need help and advice from you if you can look into this and help me.

How long does the battery last? I also charge my phone, usually twice a day

Sometimes, twice a day . Every morning . If I use a bit, too much battery goes down quickly.

I would suggest that you try these steps to see if it helps, @AnnuR:

  1. Check your Battery Usage. Open Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Select Usage since last full charge. If it shows an app using up a lot of power, then clear the cache of that app. Go to Settings > Apps > Tap on the sort by icon next to ‘Your apps’ > Show system apps > Tap OK > Tap on the app you'd like to clear the cache from > Storage > Tap Clear cache.
  2. Try a soft reset to see if that helps (Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for 10 seconds until the phone restarts).
  3. Make sure your software is updated (Settings > Software update > Download and install).
  4. Start your phone in Safe Mode. This will help us see if a third party app is causing the issue with your phone. You can follow the steps on our website: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/
