Object eraser not working

Since purchasing my brand new s24 ultra, I have noticed that the object eraser is not working and functioning and working as well as my old s22 & s23 ultra models. When you try and edit a photo or eraser a area the tool is snapping randomly in places on screen. And not actually removing the highlighted area. It's very frustrating

When you drew around an object on the S23 ultra and erased it removed the whole thing no issues. S24 ultra it barely even erases the object just blurs it. (An example is I remove my tattoos from photos I send my PT so I'm less identifiable if he ever uses them, except I can now no longer do this since getting my S24 Ultra)

Do you not use the AI feature for removing or altering images.
It's actually quite good

I AM QUITE UPSET.  WE DO NOT DESERVE THIS ON SUCH A HIGH END DEVICE. 

OUT OF CURIOUSITY, DO You  ALL HAVE "AI" ENABLED in Camera ON YOUR SG24U'S ????

I Need to Trade in my SG23U in 1 week or send this back.  I do not have time for BUGS.

I also utilize this in my Work, CONSTANTLY.

No help.  Unless everyone reports, it will not get FIXED.  Some of us rely on this feature.

I've reported it in multiple forums and even the phone's error reporting system. I finally sent my S23U in today (the last day possible.) I'm just hoping for a fix.

I am super bummed that this is gone. @samsung: please bring back the original object eraser. The new object eraser is useless. you might as well remove AI because it basically does the same thing. I want to manually remove things from photos with no automated selections.

Update: 9/02/2024 I believe it's the AI functionality that is dictating the photo object eraser. Iv found since using the device care, running both the phone performance, and then clearing the ram, restarting the handset then attempting the object eraser. The editor does work again. But after some short time doing one or two photos it will revert back to ots broken state. It's a short term fix but not a solution. Still very fustrating it not working well enough at all.
