Hi there, @DaveLorde. I'm not sure why the popup message is staying on your display for about 10 seconds. When I've tested this, it's only stayed there for about 3 seconds.
Do you normally utilise the "Continue apps on other devices" feature (described below in the guide from Samsung US)?:
