Never again Samsung! My feedback on One UI 7

To the development team,

now you've done it. After 10 years of Samsung smartphones, I'm done. The update from One UI 6 to One UI 7 is now the final reason for me never to buy a Samsung smartphone again.

Not only does One UI contain countless bugs and the GUI is sometimes extremely difficult to read, it also drains my battery in record time. Quality testing at Samsung used to be a thing of the past, now the user has to play beta tester and struggle with all the bugs.

But I'm not playing along anymore! I'm now going to put the smartphone where it belongs, on the electronic scrap heap!

And to the community, you don't need to answer me, my message goes to the Samsung development team, nothing will change my mind, I'm done with Samsung!

Just to let you know that Samsung doesn't monitor this community. We are a customer to customer based forum.

Perhaps if you came here first. Some of us could assist you with the issues you are experiencing.

Or a search on this forum for answers as there have been many questions asked.

But hopefully you will enjoy your new device when you get it

Iphones are a great place for those who aren't quite technologically inclined. Most of these issues are fixed easily.....
And youll experience the same regardless of what Android you use.

Even if you laugh, you're absolutely right.

I removed the SIM card and then broke the smartphone with full force over one table edge in the middle.

Tomorrow it's going to the e-waste where it belongs. Then the Samsung issue will be over for me.

Are you being serious 😀, anyway you were obviously not interested in potential fixes. To gain the attention of the Development Team it is best to send Error Reports.

One Ui7 is based on Android 15 and if you move to iphones I think you will miss the customisation and think they have fallen behind in terms of innovation.

However it is your choice and wish you well.

I have a 24 Ultra, no issues that I can see with UI7 !
