Congratulations on your S24, @Ezra95, and thanks for your feedback. This also applies to @JFarrer and @tomcousins.
Just so I have a better idea about how this is presenting for you, are you recording videos via the Camera app or via a different app?
Have you had the chance to look at the guide below (from Samsung Philippines) to see if the steps help?:

This has to be a software bug. I have the same issue. On videos recorded from camera app sometimes audio is robot-like sometimes it is crisp and high quality. In recorder app audio is always good quality.

Same problem, first video had nice sound and voice quality, every video after the first one - sound is terrible. I tried default camera app, dji mimo and open camera - quality is awfull on all of them.
I wiped both app cache and cache partition from recovery mode - no changes.

I think I found some kind of correlation between non working mic and some settings. I don't know if it's a fix/workaround or just another random coincidence. However I found that if I have Bixby and Google Assistant wake up phrases both enabled, when taking video through camera app I get robot-like sound. If I disable wake up detection for either one of them, it fixes the mic. But I have not tested if this is a long term solution or if it just makes microphone work temporarily.

Hey @Ezra95 I'm also having the exact same issue, did they say what the cause was when you contacted them? And have you received your replacement yet?
To begin with, 90% of what I recorded was poor quality, but since doing a hard reset the voice recorder and the camera app has sudden improved, it hasn't however, changed on the diagnostics tool, it still sounds tinny and with an almost painful high pitch whine on max volume. So I don'y fully trust that it won't come back.
