Hello,
Can we expect a new software update soon that will fix the processing of the photos once taken? The colors look very washed out. (already tried changing some settings recommended on previous posts, but still get the same disappointing results)

Samsung does check on these threads, but you are right, the best way to give feedback is using the Members App.

I could not see the "previous post". What did you try? Did you change settings on the Camera App or Gallery App?
Did you try transferring the picture to a different device? It could the Gallery App showing the issue instead of the picture itself.
