S24 ultra glitch

Hi not sure why or how this glitch has just shown up today. Battery manager only showing google play services using battery.

Welcome to the community forum.

Try clearing the cache for the Device care App and restarting the phone.

Settings -> Apps -> Device care -> Force stop, (bottom right) 

Settings -> Apps -> Device care -> Storage -> Clear cache (bottom right)

You're right, in theory it will work But not on Samsung S24ULTRA. Because it doesn't work. Because the s24ultra runs on battery as much as it wants. Sometimes 2 days and sometimes even 12 hours is not possible [(On screen 7h)Battery charging], [(Off screen 5 h)].


It should not be possible to use more than 100%, this is theoretically impossible and in practice during charging and use the battery should cut off automatically at 100%
