Registration is coming up with red writing.

I have tried registering my watch n s24 ultra on my samsung account as my registered products. Watch has been registered successfully but for S24 Ultra the message shows on screen in red: Additional services are limited for products not purchased in your current location.
Please check for the country location of purchase

Even though I have purchased direct from Samsung UK website.

Just off the phone with Samsung with regards to this. They told me that this shouldn't have any changes with the warranty.

i had the same thing this morning the guy checked my emei number and said its defo a uk model and not to worry about it as the phones went out early the proper release date is the 31st jan said the message should disapear after 31st

Unexpected second time. Tried to register my 24+, and the same thing happened again. And to add to the annoyance, both my son's S24 benefits (12 month disney + and the £30 store voucher) and mine for the 24+ are unattainable due to this "limited services for products not purchased in your current location" baloney. After spending nearly an hour and a half on the phone on Friday, am I gonna have to do this again to get the answers in regards to this problem?

U need to claim those through samsung wallet, it's in your rewards and vouchers. You don't claim for those from samsung website. That shouldn't affect.
