Free buds pro 3 with S24 update?

Does anyone know where and how to escalate or chase up the lack of update on the free buds 3 pro promotion?
You were required to complete a review via an emailed form which I did on 15th December. The terms advised the buds should be issued within 2 weeks of the review being approved and iirc within 45 days but when you submit your review you receive no confirmation or further update.

Mine did arrive within timescale. However, some users are stating they got an email to state there is a delay. I would chase it up !
