issues after the update

I'm having issues after installing the UI update. I can't use apps and sites properly because the bottom menu buttons cover the apps' and sites' useful buttons. A colleague suggested I contact you about this issue. I need it resolved ASAP. Thank you.

I hate that my icones changed colour, I find the battery % harder to see and my sounds have changed do not like the updates to the featured icons

Yeah, that update messed things up for me too. The bottom nav bar is super annoying now. I ended up using gesture navigation instead helped a bit. Hope they patch it soon.

Did this happen when you updated your phone also? Maybe clearing your cache partition might resolve the issue. 

To clear your phone's cache partition:

1. Connect your phone to a PC.
2. Turn off your phone (it won't enter Recovery Mode if it's on).
3. Press and hold the Volume Up and Bixby/Power keys simultaneously.
4. Once the Android Recovery screen appears, release both buttons.
5. Use the Volume Down button to highlight "Wipe cache partition."
6. Press the Power button to select it.
7. Use Volume Down to highlight "Yes," then press Power to confirm.
8. After the cache is cleared, press the Power button again to reboot your device.

Yeah, the battery icon is harder to see. I am hoping they switch to another battery icon.  Which icons are you talking about?

SIM disabled, wifi dropouts frequent, certain apps not connecting - the whole update is a mess for the user. Even the apn setting controls for one SIM are greyed out. 🤦 Oh, and did I mention how the update conflicts with widely used VPNs and forces or uncouples Android links at a whim? Samsung has made a prize boob with this one.
