UI 7 is complete garbage. I want to downgrade

This user interface update is complete trash. Everything is disorganized and it drains the battery 25% faster than it did before the update. It's clear by this point you have no plans to patch it so give us the directions to downgrade back to user interface 6.

You can't. Simple as that. There's a security feature on samsung phones that prevent downgrading certain updates for security. Some devices had updates without that marker so could, but then you void all warranty and can damage the device.

So the answer is no you can't downgrade

Until they brick their devices then expect replacement under warranty...

Just to be clear, no android device, whether it be Google or Samsung will ever downgrade the OS without voiding warranty. This is by Google's design so complaining on a Samsung forum for not allowing this is fruitless. No one here will condone or advise you on how to do so, but there are other places you can go if you really wish to downgrade. I would caution you not to attempt this however, as has already been made clear to you, doing so will void your warranty.
