One ui7 now bar

Not that I liked the placement of the now bar , after last week security update it seems to disappeared completely, I have it turned on in settings, I would be grateful for any help on this. Thank you

What have you enabled and what is not working

@GeoffAnderson: Please make sure that Notifications, Lock screen notifications and 'Show content on lock screen' are all toggled on. 

To do so, head to Settings > Notifications > App notifications > Toggle all relevant apps on

Settings > Notifications > Lock screen notifications > On > Show content > All apps (or tap the cog to the right, and toggle apps on/off to your preference).
