Facing issues with S24 ultra

Hi, I recently purchased samsung s24 Ultra with a lot of excitement and built a trust with samsung that will give a great device to the consumers, I pre ordered with a 1Tb variant I received it on Feb 4 in the UK.

The pictures outcome is too noisy, and it feels like I brought a small range mobile phone instead of samsung Flagship.

The phone is having a lot of bugs:

1. Touch unresponsive, I feel multiple times I need to click for small text.

2. Heating up quickly near the side of the camera even when I am using social media applications.

3. Battery drains rapidly. I believe screen on time is less than expected compared to the previous generation model

4. In the evenings, when I watch screen with the minimum brightness, the text looks more washed away, not sharp at all, that causes eye fatigue and severe headache. Recently, I tested with the eye doctor nothing wrong with my eyes. I am using other phones. I never felt as how bad I am feeling.

Is any anyone facing similar issues, I have 4 days left for my return, please if an give me your inputs on this.

I have also been having issues with 1 and 2. 

When I try to click on things sometimes I get no response. I also have trouble when pulling down the drop down menu and trying to click on a notification it would re direct to the area. It doesn't register the touch. 

The phone does tend to get hot at times as well. 

I am also experiencing an issue with Bluetooth.  I will be watching something with sound and the sound will go out and upon investigation I notice it turns on my Bluetooth headphones. This is quite frustrating because the headphones at times are miles away from me, dead, and the case is not open.

I don't have any of your problems. 

I did have an initial issue with Bluetooth, first with a Logitech adapter and later with my Classic Watch4.  Those issues seem to be gone.

Hey Shaley,

So, I still sometimes feel like the drop-down menu isn't responding when I use it, and I noticed it when I was scrolling through my feeds too.

As for the heating issue, I'm using a case, so it didn't bother me.

But my battery is draining super fast, especially when I watch YouTube videos.

Phone is very buggy I went from oneplus to this and had more issues in 30 days then 3 years with oneplus wifi calls bugging put volume on apps bugging out

And have to restart the phone 3 times a week to fix the issues 🙃

I completely agree with you, I faced same issues with display causing immense eye fatigue, vision blurring and headaches. I had detailed discussions with Samsung technical team and sadly they didn't know the basic display settings and eventually was not of any help on this issue. I returned the phone and waiting for refund.

I trusted Samsung and bought one TB variant. This mobile is so overhyped, but coming to the problems, the battery drains fast 🔋, and there's a slight improvement in displaying grainy-ish text after the update. But I still have a lot of concerns in the evening and in social media apps when I'm scrolling reels. Whenever there's a white background, the font disappears! 😱 I've never faced this with any Android or iOS device before. This is the first time I'm seeing this. I reported it to Samsung, and they said they opted for "natural" colors, but they're clearly missing the problem. I went to a Samsung experience store with my Android and Apple devices, and they said they couldn't do anything and that I should send it to device care center. 🤦‍♂️ #SamsungFail #Disappointed

PWM sensitivity. I get it and I honestly believe much more people get it and don't realise (they just assume the screen is tiring their eyes and that all screens are the same, but not the case when compare with LCD)

Freezing sometimes on apps so having to close it down and restart freezing sometimes when scrolling down on social media news feeds ect sometimes unresponsive when tapping the screen to open app ect camera not that good when zoomed in to fullest. Notifications sometimes don't come through on apps but then do other times. Storing of passwords is annoying as sometimes it'll auto put them in as there saved but then other times it won't. Just a few I've noticed. I would say they will slowly rectify these over time but. As everything is at moment and will be things are getting more expensive and the quality is going down in everything greed is to blame and over population as we're all buying these products making these companies rich as hell and they think they can cut more and more corners in quality and keep raising prices. Companies keep bringing new models new things out but the existing ones are not up to scratch gonna get worse I'm afraid as time goes on fact!!

I completely agree with your observation, particularly regarding social media feeds. I have reached out to technical support, but they have only provided basic solutions such as resetting the phone or clearing the cache. I have followed these steps, but the issue persists occasionally.I have spoken with various customer support representatives, and each time I receive a different answer or they shift the blame to the social media applications.It has been four months since I first reported the issue, and only a few areas have been addressed through software updates. There are still significant problems with the camera quality, especially in 5x or 10x zoom. The images are too dark in the evenings, and there is a significant amount of blur in the pictures.I am really disappointed after spending a huge price on this device with a lot of problems, this time samsung really failed to deliver a good device.
