Facing issues with S24 ultra

Hi, I recently purchased samsung s24 Ultra with a lot of excitement and built a trust with samsung that will give a great device to the consumers, I pre ordered with a 1Tb variant I received it on Feb 4 in the UK.

The pictures outcome is too noisy, and it feels like I brought a small range mobile phone instead of samsung Flagship.

The phone is having a lot of bugs:

1. Touch unresponsive, I feel multiple times I need to click for small text.

2. Heating up quickly near the side of the camera even when I am using social media applications.

3. Battery drains rapidly. I believe screen on time is less than expected compared to the previous generation model

4. In the evenings, when I watch screen with the minimum brightness, the text looks more washed away, not sharp at all, that causes eye fatigue and severe headache. Recently, I tested with the eye doctor nothing wrong with my eyes. I am using other phones. I never felt as how bad I am feeling.

Is any anyone facing similar issues, I have 4 days left for my return, please if an give me your inputs on this.

Yes definitely noticed blur in the photos taken I remember the Samsung galaxy S6 I had years ago the picture quality on them photos were alot better. Unfortunately I think quality just goes down hill in products as they become more popular happens all over in products they become more popular in demand the quality goes down. The s24 does lag occasionally and not just on social media on all applications. Hopefully they will continue to fix these issues but maybe they should bring a phone out every 2 years instead of one to give them time to work on the new phone properly and i phone should do the same it would save in pollution and be more environmentally friendly as well. But there greedy they will never do that wait 2 years in-between each phone release. The world will end as we know it before they do that lol

I cannot stop or disable my gallery pics displaying on my phone when its locked auto pic one after the other keep displaying on my screen i have made a video of it. Some random pictures of my gallery pop on the display when i leave the phone on my desk

Hi are you sure it's a genuine device?! A lot of the 1tb versions out for sale e.g. on eBay are copies!

Hi, it was indeed original bought from Samsung online store. I returned it and got full refund.

S24 plus, not a good experience so far. Samsung phones quality is going down day by day. This is my last samsung phone not any more, horrible

Hi,
I bought an S24 Ultra. I noticed that whenever I go outside and use Google Maps, my phone loses the GPS signal. To be honest, it happens all the time. I've updated the phone and every possible app, but it still happens. It's not a mobile reception issue because I use another phone with the same network provider to use Google Maps, and it works fine.
I bought my phone directly from Samsung.
Could someone help me to sort this issue?
