2 ***** hours from department to department. They leed me to this app and left me alone wtf??? The software update its ducking joke. I need my phone back .cant use this anymore send me replacement phone !

Scared of hackers isn't the problem; security is. When you use a Samsung device, you log in with details. Reality is those can be stolen if not kept up to date and exploits are found.

It not :winking-face: that why I need new phone ... new update make some many changes it is diffrent phone now and cost me 3hr of miserable phoncalls .customer service it's a joke... you can't connect to person unless u chose buying new device and when they pick up phone you have to ask to reconnect to the team u need ....

Well I have it for 50 days now.today was update . was enjoying this 50 days no problems hmm ? Same with My s21 (4yrs old now) work still today just smashed a screen and replacement one is not satisfied me that why I have new s24. Don't understand your concerns?

I completely agree. I am also extremely disappointed with Samsung right now because of ui 7 update. I have managed to block it on my phone for now but this is definitely the last tine I use Samsung products. As a long time user I can't understand the decision to change the interface SO much without announcing, without warning and without the possibility to reverse the changes in many cases. There are also a lot of other people who feel the same, just look at some of the threads here. 

I have no intention of ASKING a company to take my money and provide me good service, if they don't, I'll switch somewhere else. But it sure is disappointing.

Yeah I agree, the buttons moved a few millimetres off their usual spots so now it's thrown me for a loop. I don't understand why my app drawer opens so fast now, it's dizzying. Also when I swipe down from anywhere at home the notifications come down just like before, it's so different! Pressing the call button opens the app 0.155s faster and is completely unusable now! Messages are about 3 pixels out of alignment and the battery pill burns a whole in my screen which totally detracts me from using the phone for anything else. Not being able to see my Bluetooth at a glance is a game changer, because how else am I suppose to know I'm wearing my earbuds?

Samsung must fix this now! 😡😡😡

There are millions of older phones not getting the latest updates thar are working perfectly well. It's just marketing rubbish to get you to buy the latest phone using scare tactics.. To stop new phone updating when setting up just not enable Internet. When the phone is ready to use then go into settings to turn off auto update on Play store.. Galaxy store and software auto update in Settings to stop os updates. Them update manually as and when you want.
