2 ***** hours from department to department. They leed me to this app and left me alone wtf??? The software update its ducking joke. I need my phone back .cant use this anymore send me replacement phone !

I am 31yrs old I dont like changes. Also I am loyal samung user. After software update it's iPhone in samsung shell. I hate everything they updated. Is no smart anymore for me. Also pain because you can't reverse it. It's ruined my phone. And whole day I trying to get replacement phone .. loosing my minds with this

Yeah they take my time allready allmost 3h on line with samsung ....service is a joke

All modern samsung phones will get the update within a few months so a replacement won't help. It also cannot be undone.

Also most android phones will get similar looks when android 16 releases. Android itself looks a lot like one ui 7

Service aren't being helpful because there's nothing they can do for you. If you don't like the way the ui looks, more people do like it

Are there any exact things you don't like? Usually there's a setting to change things

I'm steaming . I am with menager on phone now and can't hear a word from him because he have some terrible microphone or they have no signal...????? He allready passed me to another samsumg member. This advertisements while u wait for someone to pick up phone it's ***** annoying I want to smash this phone now

I'm not saying you care. I'm saying samsung won't change something that only a small number of their customers hate.
