2 ***** hours from department to department. They leed me to this app and left me alone wtf??? The software update its ducking joke. I need my phone back .cant use this anymore send me replacement phone !

Ai can be deactivated to a certain extent but unfortunately that you will have to learn to deal with it's life, technology is always moving forward and we all have to as well .....as for the colours and icons, head to your settings menu .... everything can be customised now it's actually really fun when you get in to it and realise how much is in your control now buddy.... genuinely give it a try mess around in the settings there's tons of really cool changes you can make to have it exactly how you like it.

Update is not reversible. Ee told me they have larg numbers ppl complaining about last update and they can't level it like that. I'm paying contract and I do not like this phone anymore after that. If I pick this phone like thia at store and purchase it it's okay. .. but at my case they change my existing phone

There are large numbers of complaints yes- but they wont reverse it.

Paying contract doesnt reeeeally make a difference tbh- they can replace the phone a million times, itll still be on ui7.

Also they said as long i dont upgrade new phone will be old fashion.when u pick new phone they try you to update. That why need be replaced. Update is not reversable

I have my old phone...witch I replaced with my actual s24 I connected them so should transfer ringtone and phone settings... before update i have 2 identical phones ... I decided to do factory reset to revert update just to fail it so connected my old phone to set up and quess what now this is not happening it transfer only accounts . I'm tired of this device I want my old phone

If the replacement does not automatically have it that is—which I would be surprised about.

I dont quite understand the intent though? never update it again? Very quickly will your device become valuable to threats, and glitch due to compatibility issues

If it's that much of a hassle to you then just go back to your old phone? You don't sound like you actually want help it sounds like your just ranting being honest buddy....sorry if that comes across rude I'm just offering help and your just not reciprocating.

You all thinkinging about phone like is your hand. Its make you disabled ...I dont care i dont use any app my previous phone is 3yrs old . My fathers samsung 5yrs we dont have problem with compatible.... it's a phone used for calling and making pictures.....not to keep whole life files and do updates because you are scary of hackers...

I been leed to use this app by samsung manager and he hang on me. Wasn't know this is just a chatting place...
Nobody's can't help me because here is no solution jet. Just wonder how solve my contract now. I dont want to continue use this phone with this update. Also bothers me it's newest model so why they "making it better" with so many complaints .I am sorry for my attitude just still steaming after those 3hrs on phone probably to india(bad quality microphones and connection impossible to understand and hear properl)shiffting between 2 companies...
