Was told to clear cache partition as this fixes the S24 battery drain.

How do I do this?

What actually happens – Does it delete any of my stuff?

It's just little fragments of memory that build up within any computers memory, clearing your cache won't remove anything saved no.

Complete rubbit. It Doesn't work. Just turns on the phone again.

Got it working... as I said, instructions on the website are beyond out dated.

I needed to:

– turn phone off
– put phone on charge with C cable.
– Hold power and side & volume up button until Samsung logo appears
– release buttons then press volume up multiple times until menu comes on

If it's a S24 Series, you have to plug it in to another smartphone, computer, TV or gaming console, turn it off and wait until you see it's charging, than try to do the clear partition cache again. I highly recommend to watch on YouTube how it's done. I had problems as well until I learned to do it.
