No provider or manufacturer will ever revert an update or give the option to.
I'm saying this is wasted breath. I'm not judging, nor saying you're wrong about how you feel; everyone has their own wants and needs.
There is absolutely no point in phoning and spending time—they simply won't revert it; that's not how it works. This is the same for every manufacturer, every Android, every iPhone… that's just how it works, regardless of whether you or I like it. The only option is to learn and adapt to the change. I understand your frustration, but I also want to be 100% honest about how it works.
Even if you "never buy a samsung device" this will happen due to Android updates- aka google- aka all Android devices. And to be honest- when Android 16 comrs out its going to happen again. I owned an iPhone 13 a few years back- now when I try use my gfs iphone now its completely different. All brands do it....unless you buy a phone so our of daye its no longer receiving updates.
