2 ***** hours from department to department. They leed me to this app and left me alone wtf??? The software update its ducking joke. I need my phone back .cant use this anymore send me replacement phone !

I appreciate that man, sorry it's been such a pain in the bottom for yah but I promise if you take your time and fidget with the settings you will fall in love with all the customisability available now! But I completely get change can be mega frustrating buddy. Sorry I can't help more.

Why no reverse option?

Because One UI6 won't exist. Samsung won't be updating in future as everything will be Android 7 / One UI7

If they offered a reverse option, within weeks you'll be complaining your device isn't secure, getting security updates etc.

Note that Google don't offer a rollback option either on Pixel range. I'm not actually aware of any manufacturer that does.

Yeah but I am at place where I do not care of security. This is phone for calling and making pictures not a storage for life files. Absolutley Hate thinking we can go only forward I do not swimm with stream I do not need this thinks and ai ....

Ok so let's think this through

Samsung replace the phone (they shouldn't as it isn't broken or faulty, regardless of whether you like the software or not)

From that point on, you will never get any updates, either security or OS.

Why?

Because your device will have to download the One UI7 first to being forward the Security Patch at that time.

Is that your ask? No updates ever?
And if so, you won't complain about that?

I'm afraid if that's the case you want a device that won't connect to the Internet. Not even sure they exist anymore.

It is the same for every manufacturer, even IOS and Apple do not have a rollback option so I'm sorry (and i don't mean to offend) but you're stuck with it and no amount of complaining either to Samsung Customer Services or on here will change this.
