I know it's a rarely used feature among Galaxy Users but can't describe how amazing the feature was. Especially when it got bumped up to 1080p 960fps on the S23 Ultra. Had a few scenarios recently where I wanted to use it, and the AI Slow motion feature on a 240fps video is just NOT the same as a native 960fps video. From a bubble machine, to lighting, to a bee flying. They're not good in AI 960fps. But have captured them beautifully before on the S23 Ultra.
Can you add the feature back or is it gone for good?

Best thing is to go into the support section on the Members App and leave feedback there for development teams to see

I did. Except they said what I did above. Shoot in 240 and then use the AI or edit to slow it down even further... 😒
So, hoping people see it's missing and request it too

Hi @Eltas

I think that people are aware of this. It was publicise even before the phone was officially launched.

The AI slow down is not as slow as super slow mo. I guess that more people are not bother about it because one could only use it for a couple of seconds or so.

You are mistaken.

The 960fps slow video on the Galaxy S23 Ultra is due to frame interpolation and is originally 240fps. It is not native.

Yes it is. Why else would you need to stay still, have that little "capture" box, and why else would it look so good?! Compared to the S24 Ultra which can ONLY achieve 960fps using AI and interpolation.
Capturing lightning, fire lighting and a balloon popping are actually in slow motion compared to the S24 Ultra which just tries to figure out what should be happening.

I totally agree. I own a window cleaning business with a social media account and the ultra slow motion on my  note 20 ultra was amazing. With the right lighting it captured every detail of the soapy water flying off the window. I've since upgraded to an s24 ultra and it's a big drop off. The AI feature looks very AI when slowed down all the way. It looks fake. The battery life is great but if I would've know the ultra slow motion was a downgrade I would have kept my note.

Question for yall, does anyone know what's the cheapest used samsung device that has the ultra slow motion? Ive only had notes. I'm looking to buy an older version just for that feature

The oldest was the S20 Ultra but only at 720p and poor lighting.
The S23 Ultra has the best version, 1080p and captures more light.
