I hate One UI 7: how can I restore One UI 6?

I got One UI 7 on my Galaxy S24 Ultra and I hate every single change. It is such a big drawback for me, that it's almost a showstopper. I used Galaxy S phone since the S III and I have never been so disappointed.

Is there a way to remove this mess and go back to the previous UI?

This update has completely broken nova launcher for me and the changes made to the UI make it one of the most clunky things to use

Can't stand change... Would have been better if they did bug fixes and security etc, but leave everything visually and functionally the same... Its not broken, so don't fix it!

Broken how? The launcher has not been updated for some time now. Did you try beta?

• I have just completed the update and it has been nothing but buggy besides the battery drain I can barely get through a where in the past I used to have at least today battery on my Ultra 24 there are lock screen notification issues they just don't pop up at all no matter what you change, the camera has gone completely wonky you never know whether it's taking a picture or not ( pressing no longer guarantees a photograph neither does anything else) so you're constantly having to check whether you actually taking your picture or not this is a real problem on holiday, the camera is also incredibly slower meaning you miss most of the shots you want to take that you used to be able to take with no issue, the camera also has problems with Focus the worst is at 12 megapixel, dictation in Outlook has become way bugier than it was before, it's doing weird stuff with apps and widgets. All I can say is do not update.

Also it has new annoying features.... That are just annoying rather than buggy.

I agree. That update made it look like iPhone which i don't like. The updates are getting worse. All my paid themes are incapitable, which is annoying as I've spent lots of money buying them. I would love to have stayed on 6.1. I have s24 ultra and I'm going back to note 20 ultra. Yes it might be old now but its still good. I'd rather have an android than iPhone. 7.0 is horrible. The worse update ever.

Users can roll back as long as BIT is the same.

Just speaking for myself, the app draw is way worse (can't have it both be pages and be alphabetical or be able to swipe from the last page to the first), the time doesn't display with seconds like it used to which was super helpful, the new tabs make me feel motion sickness, I hate how it feels and looks to have the search bar for everything at the bottom rather than the top and, in a much more minor note, some of the new app icons are ugly and lack colour
