Samsung routine to change app permissions

Hi there,

I'm looking for routine for a an app that requires the location permission to "allow always". And it won't work if you keep it on "allow while using the app"

So how to create a routine that automatically change an app's permission of location to "Always allow" when opened and then back to "Don't allow" when closed.

Google has disabled apps being able to toggle location access ages ago. Try maybe with Tasker and its AutoTools

You have to give permission. Due to you being a good person. You don't want anyone loading apps without your permission. So unfortunately you'll just have to everytime you open the app. Sorry.

Appreciated but automations or routines are there for such reason that you don't have to perform the task manually.

Google add software all the time, there apps are some of the most virus apps you can load. Safer places than a lying git selling you details to add companies without your permission. I don't want add, app i don't need or anymore spying on me threw my camera microphone or my GPS. Google can do one. Thanks

I guess you are not getting the point here. I am not saying app should do itself. Samsung routines gives you freedom if you want to perform the task automatically. Hence the reason it exists in the Samsung settings. You don't want to use it then don't. It's a convenience with risks if not done properly.

If you want to be safe. Keep it asking you everytime. Or risk it for a biscuit, but that will open you up to getting your data sold to add companies. So they can bombard you with adds you don't want don't need and take up loads of processor speed. I close everything. Force stop everytime and full close. On top of that I use hidden software on all samsung phones to stop my location, camera, microphone being used against me. Most of the spywear is GOOGLE. IS your phone on contract. Or do you own it. If you own it. You need to access secret developer options.... then access tiles, add dead switch.
