Samsung devs, i believe many people have asked for you to return the "bluetooth device connected" symbol to the status bar, as well as wifi calling. Why do you continue to ignore your community? From what I have read, the majority see this as a downgrade. Why do you continue to call it a feature? Feature or not, folks want it reversing. And please, don't anybody reply and tell me to make a routine to put a musical note symbol there when a device is connected. This is not a work around. When the device is disconnected, it doesn't disappear and needs dismisssing, or so I have found. We don't want work arounds, we want the features that we have gotten used to, and appreciated, not removing from so called "upgrades" that nobody wanted, nor needed. The only reason I "upgraded" to UI7 was that if I didn't, I couldn't get any more security updates. Please sort your firmware out and listen to the community.

Can't tell if you are being facetious.... 🤔

I know this isn't exactly a fix for the issue, but if you swipe down from the top of the screen you'll be able to see indicator icons for things such as Bluetooth, Alarm, and Wi-Fi Calling in the status bar.

I know this. I think everyone does, as they will have undoubtedly swiped down, looking for the missing icons. I know this is really a minor issue in the grand scheme of things, but I dislike features removed at updates. They are supposed to enhance, not deteriorate. It was no different from when android suddenly required a double swipe down on the status bar to see notifications AND toggles. They just can't help changing and making actions less intuitive and calling it an update. It all smacks of job justification. Android has come a long way, I have been there since android 2.3. Custom roms saved us tinkerers back then as they added advanced features, not included in official builds, because, why would people upgrade if suddenly, all the features they needed were available officially. All of the good features of custom roms are now baked into the official builds and near perfection has been reached then retracted now several times. STOP forcing us to download a rom that has less useful features that what we have been used to. By forced, I mean you get pestered daily, and if you don't download it, no more security updates for the life of your device.
