The S24 series is meant to get the One UI 8 from October. So, it is safe to assume that the earliest will be the 1st of October, but there is no exact date. Updates are also released on batches, so it will depend on that as well.

I've been in beta since it launched so have seen gradual improvements. Pretty stable, minor glitches nothing worth mentioning in my view.
